This paper is all about Eastern Samar - its people, places, events and culture. And it is run by Estehanons! It is still being subsidized by the EV Mail though. Since this paper is for Estehanons and by Estehanons we invite and encourage you to subscribe to this paper so that it would be sustained and be able to help towards the formation and development of public opinion in Eastern Samar, assure transparency among government agencies and entities, arouse awareness among the people about the world, the country, the province and the respective localities, and be a vehicle for change, renewal and reforms in the society.
