The Forum: Do You Think Marcelino “Nonoy” Libanan Is Involved In Illegal Activities At The Bureau Of Immigration?

News broke out last week about former Eastern Samar representative Marcelino “Nonoy” Libanan’s alleged involvement in allowing 15 Indian nationals to illegally enter the Philippines in exchange for P15 million.
The complaint came from an association of immigration employees at the Bureau of Immigration where Libanan now works as commissioner.
Libanan dismissed the complaint as a, “mere scrap of paper.” He said that he wasn’t, “surprised that the people who have been hurt by [the bureau's] reforms will take action,” against him.

ced, with your kind indulgence, the topic will not put value to our cybercommunity… asking us if libanan is into it or not is won’t do us any good. are we running out of interesting and beneficial discussion points? just a thought…

I’m not sure how it fails to add value to our community. But anyhoo, yeah, wracking my brains solo for good topics for discussion can be quite a difficult task.
