About Unpublished Posts

By Ced Solidon • Feb 19th, 2009 • Category: Announcements

Hi everyone. As the title suggests, this is about those unpublished posts that have been sitting for a while that I failed to approve. I apologize for that because it’s a slip-up on my part. Anyway, I assumed that unapproved posts would be displayed on the Dashboard of the WordPress’ back end, which apparently isn’t the case. That’s why I didn’t see that there were actually posts that were pending my approval.

Posts that were affected are posts by Fhen Macabasag (Hi Pedro nga Mangirisda nawara ha Kadagatan), Ninok Cepeda (Bad Timing) and Eric Aseo (Serbisyo Publiko). Sorry for the slip-up, guys. They are now published to be read by everyone.

Anyway, there are two other posts that are pending approval, that of a certain ka pedro and labasbas tibaraw. If you are reading this, please use your real names first on your account so that the works can be properly attributed to you. Thanks!

  1. are we not allowed to use pseudonames?

  2. just to prevent problems that might arise from using pseudonyms (e.g. unscrupulous people using pseudonym’s to write damaging content), every person submitting a post is required to use his/her real name. i hope you understand. thanks!

  3. do you think val labasbas is a real name? its just another pseudonym my friend. besides it’s your job as an administrator to whether or not publish damaging postings. are you new in this internet world?

  4. i know for a fact that it’s a real name since i know the person. :) yes, it is my job to weed out posts and it’s also my job to implement some rules here. :) and i have been lurking the internet for years, 11 years now in fact.

anyway, i already said why i’m asking contributors to use their real name. it’s now up to you if you’re going to stick with it or not.

    thanks!
