No More Power Outages in Eastern Samar in 2010?

But does it mean the end of scheduled power outages in Eastern Samar? Probably. The project aims to improves the reliability of the power supply in the province, according to the report.
Aside from that, the project also aims to address the impending increase in demand for electricity in the near future.
