Complete List of the Diocese of Borongan’s New Parish Assignments

Hello Emmie. I’m not sure about that, but if it’s any help, I think Fr. Moses is from Guiuan. So if your friend is from Guiuan, chances are that they’re relatives at least. Better yet, check out Facebook if you haven’t done yet. You might see her there.
