The Supreme Court has denied with finality the second motion for reconsideration of the 15 municipalities on their bid for cityhood.
According to balita.ph, “[i]n a three-page En Banc resolution, the SC warned that it will no longer accept anymore pleadings and an entry of judgment will be made on the case.”
