Please support a poblano

I am not sure how many alumni of Seminario de Jesus Nazareno or the Nativity of Our Lady College Seminary are reading this blog, but I hope you can help a poblano who is currently in a critical condition.

Early this afternoon, I received a text message from Rev. Dale Perez who’s seeking help in behalf of an ex-seminarian, David Duran who’s from Balangiga. According to Dale, David is already in a critical condition and his family is already financially drained, which I assume, is due to taking care of David’s health.

So if there’s anyone of you who’s willing to help financially, you may send it to any of these account numbers:

Account name: Dale Perez
Account number: 3390153857, Metrobank Borongan Branch

###

Account name: Michael Gadicho
Account number: 29432940021850, Metrobank Borongan Branch

And of course, your prayers for David would be very much appreciated. You don’t need to be an ex-seminarian to help.

Please spread the word about this. Thanks a lot in advance.

  4. David wishes to say thank you. I am Wilbur, brother-in-law of David. His medical condition is currently being managed at home in Balangiga by the kind doctors of AMDMHospital of Balangiga and my wife who happens to be a nurse. We got the latest laboratory results yesterday and found out that his white blood cells had dropped to an alarming low level, and so he needs to be admitted back to the hospital, maybe in an ICU or in a reverse isolation room at the least. He can still communicate, though having difficulty talking. For any message for him, you can be in contact with me at 09177213249.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated. David, still with clear mind, though with weak physical condition, still managed to ask me to inform those he thinks could help him/us, so I asked my brother, Mike Gadicho, to let the seminary community know.

    Thanks and God bless!

  5. Wilbur,

I received a message last night from the president of the Borongan Major Seminarians Organization, James Abella. He informed me that they’re already finding ways to help your brother. I hope David will be able to battle through this one.
