Potholes in Region 8 to be eliminated

According to Twano, he wants the DPWH to operate under “operation zero potholes” immediately after the rainy season. The prolonged rains and the delay in the release of the budget are blamed as the reasons for the delay of the rehabilitation of national roads, particularly in Eastern Samar.
